Most Presidential Tours need a minimum of 4 people to run. Or build a custom itinerary for less with our reservation specialist.

Tours can range from approximately 2 to 5 hours depending on the services provided. Be sure to check the Tours event details for more information.

We don’t have a dress code, however please make sure you wear CLOSED TOE SHOES.  No Sandals! We encourage tour groups to dress in theme or make sure to grab an official Presidential Transpo Tour T-Shirt with specific tour packages!

Not likely, but it’s possible. In the event of severe weather or a lack of tour-goers, the tour may be canceled. If there are less than four (4) seats booked for a tour, that tour may be subject to cancellation (so bring all of your friends and family)!
If there are less than four (4) seats booked for a tour, we will notify you 48 hours prior to your tour and try to reschedule you to an alternate vehicle or another date/time. If an event is canceled on our part & you can’t reschedule, you will receive a full refund.

We operate rain or shine if roads are fair and our brewery partners are open, we make every effort to run our tours as scheduled. In the event of inclement weather, the decision to cancel will be made by Presidential Transportations Fleet Manager at least 24 hours before the date of the tour.

Should you wish to reschedule due to inability to travel during inclement weather, within 72 hours of your tour date, we will offer to extend our $15 per person date change fee. In the event of a cancellation by Presidential Transportation, you will receive a full refund. If a tour is not cancelled by Presidential Transportation, and you choose not to reschedule with the added date change fee, no refunds will be provided.

Cancellations must be made by phone within 48 hours of the pickup time for all reservations including any additional changes to the itinerary, i.e. pick up/drop off times, additional stops or passengers, etc. Cancellations made within 24hours of pick up time will result in additional charges.

When canceling a reservation, please Contact Us directly by phone AND email to provide your reservation name & account to receive a cancellation number. Cancellations via email or fax will NOT be accepted if transmitted less than 24hours before the pickup time. In the event you do not to contact our office, you may be subject to a “No Show” charge.
